We recently saw a child who saw perfect 20/20 out of each eye, but still needed glasses! If you are familiar with our practice at all, you will know this is not as uncommon as it sounds. Many times we call these lenses “stress relieving lenses”. While each eye individually may see very well, the lenses are designed to help your two eyes work better together as a team by relieving unnecessary visual stress.
